Epstein's Lie Detector Test Results Released by DoJ - Read Them and their Shocking Backstory Here

Among the Epstein Files, being intentionally ignored by the press and media, sits a curious document that sheds light on the entire scandal's origins and undermines the mainstream narrative.

On October 18th, 2005, Miami police were finally granted a search warrant against Jeffrey Epstein. Their investigation had been launched after a fourteen-year-old had revealed that she’d been recruited by a young woman, Haley Robson, was driven to Epstein’s West Palm Beach home to provide him with a sexualised massage, and told that, should Epstein ask her age, she would have to lie to him that she was over the legal age of consent.

The raid took place two days later, officers swarming Jeffrey’s mansion in the early hours. “We don’t even know where we’re going until we are in what looks like a funeral procession or a parade,” Crime Scene manager Greg Parkinson recalled. “All the cars are ready to go. We follow the lead car. And only then, when we arrive, do we know the location. The residence had staff or personnel present at the time of our arrival. Detective Recarey went in ahead of me, understanding that once you enter the property, there is a heightened danger factor with persons or personnel on the scene. And the first thing that must be done, for everyone’s safety, is to go in and not search for items, but clear the residence of living human beings, so that there can be no access to weapons or any endangerment to them. This was done. And I took part in the search of the second floor on the west end of the residence.”

Epstein’s former home in El Brillo Way. During my investigation, I have visited the site multiple times, though it has now been demolished and the address altered on official records.

Members of Jeffrey’s staff – a property manager whom Parkinson described as “either Germanic or Polish”, and three other people, including ‘several designers from New York City and Janusz Banasiak, Jeffrey’s butler’ - were escorted out to the south side of the residence, onto the patio area. Once there, Recarey read the search warrant out loud, word for word.

Informed by the staff that Jeffrey was out of town, Recarey ordered the raid to begin, officers going room to room in search of evidence. They found massage tables in the bathroom and various other rooms. Massage oils. “Joy Jelly” lubrication on the bedside. They seized two computers, one of them used for the property’s covert cameras and the other one being Banasiak’s personal computer (no evidence of any criminal activity was found on either).

From his investigation, Recarey had learned that Virginia Giuffre and Haley Robson, not Ghislaine Maxwell, had recruited the underage girls, and that Sarah Kellen, not Ghislaine Maxwell, was the individual who would arrange the massages; phone records showed she made numerous calls to the victims (police records show that Haley Robson had lied to Kellen that they were over 18), the dates of which were consistent with the dates and times when the incidents were alleged to have occurred.

CSI agents scooped up everything they thought of interest and began loading the evidence bags into the police vehicles parked outside. Parkinson then filmed the entire interior of the building again to document that the Police had not damaged anything. As the officers began to leave, the door was locked and secured.

For the first time, Jeffrey Epstein’s seemingly impenetrable world had been penetrated. Meanwhile, over in New York, officers also raided his luxurious townhouse.

Recarey then interviewed another member of Jeffrey’s staff, John Alessi. Alessi told him that, during 11 years of service as Epstein’s house manager in Miami, he saw ‘hundreds of girls’ come to the house to give massages, but that none of them were young, with the exception of a few girls whom he saw in the final year he was there - girls who were recruited by Virginia Giuffre and Haley Robson, and whom both young women (at the time legal adults) had groomed and coerced them into lying about their ages. They did this for money, leaving each time with a cash-in-hand ‘finders fee’.

Grilled, Recarey confirmed that of the five girls he’d recorded as official victims and witnesses, two of them had engaged in sexual activity with Jeffrey. “All of these girls were in a tight clique together”, he said – a comment corroborated by Rina Oh during my interview with her. “Haley was the first one from the clique to go to the house”. Recarey described a ‘trickling effect’ among the girls: a girl would be introduced to Epstein by Haley, then that girl would introduce her friend, eventually spawning a small, in Recarey’s words, “micro-economy”. No other potential victims were highlighted, nor were other schools involved, with Recarey stating the common link between the girls to be the same local high school, Royal Palm Beach. The key link was Haley Robson, Virginia’s ‘protégé’, whom the majority of girls stated was the individual who propositioned them, recruited them, and subsequently drove them to Jeffrey in exchange for a financial reward. She’d been taught to do this by Virginia Giuffre.

At least one of the girls was in fact a professional masseuse. All of them knew each other from the same school and were all recruited by each other.

Then a member of the panel asked Recarey: “Did any of the girls ever tell Jeff Epstein that they were under 18?” “Not to my knowledge,” Recarey replied. The panel member pressed him: “And some of them affirmatively lied and said they were 18 when they were not, didn’t they?” “Correct,” he acknowledged.

While the drama was unfolding, some of the girls continued to maintain an association with Jeffrey, remaining loyal to him and leaking information to keep him informed and warn him that some of the other girls, like Haley, were talking to the authorities. One of the girls, when Recarey had politely asked her to sit down for an interview, had flat out refused, telling him, “I love Jeffrey, I’m not testifying against him”.

Despite future sensationalist, generally media-driven claims of a ‘global trafficking operation’ for ‘elite pedophiles’, Recarey’s investigation confirmed that only a small number of girls were involved, that Jeffrey had been told by all of them that they were over the legal age of consent, and that the girls had provided sexual services to no other male other than Jeffrey.

Ghislaine Maxwell was not mentioned as a suspect, nor was she accused of anything improper or illegal by any of the victims or witnesses – though she was recorded as having allegedly recruited, through her role as his estate manager, one witness (who was over 18) to come and work for Jeffrey. In fact, she didn’t even appear, not once, in any of the endless security camera tapes seized from Jeffrey’s many properties. Instead, based on the evidence and testimonies, the investigation focused solely on Jeffrey Epstein, Haley Robson (for knowingly and willingly recruiting and trafficking underage girls to him), and Sarah Kellen. Recarey and his team, arguably through negligence, failed at the time to discover the identity of Haley’s recruiter, whom I have now established was Virginia Giuffre.

Confident enough to now proceed with the arrest, the Palm Beach Police Department filed Probable Cause Affidavits, carefully constructed, including one for Jeffrey and one for Sarah Kellen.

“From March 15th, 2005, through February 2006, the Palm Beach Police Department conducted a sexual battery investigation involving Jeffrey Epstein, Sarah Kellen and Haley Robson”, it began. “Sworn taped statements were taken from five victims and seventeen witnesses concerning massages and unlawful sexual activity that took place at the residence of Jeffrey Epstein, 358 Brillo Way, Palm Beach. Several of the victims were recruited by and brought to the residence by Haley Robson to perform massages for Epstein, for which Robson received monetary compensation. During the visit, they would be introduced to Sarah Kellen, Epstein’s assistant, who in turn would record their telephone numbers and name… On 03/15/2005, A fourteen-year-old white female, hereinafter referred to as “SG”, and her family reported unlawful sexual activity which occurred at a residence within the Town of Palm Beach. SG reported that a subject known to her as “Jeff” had touched her vaginal area with a vibrator/massager while within his residence. During a sworn taped interview, SG stated that Haley Robson, a cousin of SG’s boyfriend and classmate at Royal Palm Beach High School, worked for a wealthy man and did sexual favours for him. She also admitted that Robson had offered her an opportunity to make money… During the drive [to Epstein’s home], a conversation occurred between Robson and SG, whereas Robson reportedly told SG that if Jeff asked her age, she should say she was eighteen.”

Recarey’s investigation had also confirmed that, even after her alleged brief encounter with Prince Andrew (of which she has recently described as consisting of no sexual activity), Joanna Sjoberg continued to be a willing girlfriend of Jeffrey. Phone records I reviewed show that she continued to call him for years.

“On January 19th, 2006, Det. Caristo and I met with Johanna Sjoberg at 622 Holly Drive in Palm Beach Gardens,” Recarey wrote. “Sjoberg was identified as a licensed massage therapist who had previously been seen on Epstein’s property when physical surveillance was done. Sjoberg was told of the ongoing investigation, and I felt she may have information pertaining to the case. During a sworn taped statement, Sjoberg stated she met Epstein three years ago when Ghislaine Maxwell approached her while she was attending Palm Beach Atlantic College to work around Epstein’s house. Maxwell had told her that they needed some girls to work at the house to answer phones and run errands. Sjoberg accepted the job and began working at Epstein’s house on El Brillo in Palm Beach. Sjoberg stated it was a part-time job during the time she went to Palm Beach Atlantic College. She continued going to Epstein’s house and would be notified when Epstein travelled to Palm Beach. Sjoberg advised she would be notified by Maxwell, Epstein or Sarah, his assistant, when he would travel to Palm Beach. Sjoberg stated she began providing massages to Epstein before she became a massage therapist. She continued giving massages not only to Epstein but to Nadia Marcinkova and Sarah, his assistant. Sjoberg was asked about what occurred during the massages. Sjoberg stated that she was twenty-three years old when she met Epstein, and that anything that happened was between two consenting adults. I explained to her that she was not in any trouble; however, as part of this investigation, I needed to ask certain questions. Sjoberg stated that there were times when Epstein would ask her to perform during the massage. He would instruct her to rub his nipples as he masturbated himself. Sjoberg stated that she felt “grossed out” about the behaviour, but as she was getting paid, she just continued. Sjoberg also advised that she would, on occasion, perform the massages naked. Epstein would on occasion utilise the vibrator/massager on her vagina area when she performed the massages. Sjoberg explained that Epstein never exposed himself to her as he maintained himself covered under the towel he was wearing. When Epstein would masturbate, he would be covered.”

Detective Joseph Recarey handled the early investigation against Epstein.

Epstein was ultimately arrested, with the five highlighted underage girls - all of whom had been recruited by either Virginia or Robson, and all of whom had lied to Epstein and his staff about their ages - used to charge him with soliciting prostitution from minors.

His lawyers sought to have the charges dropped, eventually leading to Epstein only being charged in relation to one of the girls, and the signing of a non-prosecution agreement that has since been labelled the ‘sweetheart deal’.

Although Epstein was indeed guilty, under state law, of engaging in prostitution with a minor, the fact that he was unaware he was doing so, was used as mitigating evidence.

Epstein was well-documented as having been attracted to young, but legal, women (in their twenties). It wasn’t until Virginia Giuffre and Haley Robson began recruiting underage girls from their local area, and duping him into believing that they were of legal age, that Epstein’s seedy lifestyle suddenly became a criminal one.

But how can we be sure that Epstein really didn’t know that this small number of genuine victims - these young school girls groomed by Virginia and Haley - were underage?

Well, we know this from a crucial piece of police evidence - though left out of the thousands of newspaper articles covering the case since. It offers up a curious aspect of the accusations against Jeffrey.

On May 6th, 2006, the Police had asked Jeffrey to take a polygraph test.

He accepted.

During that test, wired up, he was asked if he knew the girl he was arrested over was under the age of eighteen.

Jeffrey answered clearly: “No”

… and the lie detector concluded that he was telling the truth.

Though these results were provided to the Police Department, and Detective Recarey was allowed to meet with the polygraph examiner, after confirming that he would attend, Recarey failed to appear or to send a representative in his place. Though this is documented in the police report, no further information concerning the exam appeared in the Police Report or the Probable Cause Affidavits, due to it totally contradicting their case against him.
